What distinguishes the Bianco Uno container?

In our opinion, the Bianco Uno container is the ideal complement to all Bianco blenders (except Piano, Forte 2.0). It closes the gap between a high-speed blender and a powerful immersion blender, as even the smallest quantities can be prepare in the Bianco Uno container. The Bianco Uno is especially good for dips, spreads, pestos and dressings. Thanks to the unscrewable blade base, even the last remains can be cleaned out of the container.

Dear team,
I have a bianco puro panda. Does this container also fit on my panda? For smoothies? Frozen?
All the best,
Barbara

Question submitted by Barbara on July 3, 2022 at 09:59 o'clock

Hello Barbara.

Thank you for your question.
The Uno is compatible with your Panda.
Whether it's nice cream, hummus, or pesto – the UNO container allows the smallest minimum preparation quantities.

Hello,
I have a Bianco Puro with the accompanying large container. I am looking for a second container to finely chop 200-500 g almonds or 100 g dark chocolate.
In addition, it should be possible to turn dates into mush.4
Is the UNO the right container?
Thank you and best regards
Johanna

Question submitted by Johanna on November 22, 2021 at 06:35 o'clock

Hello Johanna,

Thank you for your message.
Yes, the UNO container is the right choice. It is an all-round container with which you can blend the smallest quantities (liquid from 125ml, viscous from 250ml).
No other container with a pestle has such lower minimum preparation quantities.

Hello,
i would like to know if the blade base of the UNO container also is capable of operating at 32000 revolutions?! (So that the container is also suitable for small quantities of frozen fruit).
Or does it only perform low revolutions like the Tri-Set for example?
Thanks in advance for a short answer!

Question submitted by Lisa on September 9, 2021 at 20:22 o'clock

Hello Lisa,

thank you for your request.
The information on the number of revolutions for high-speed blenders usually refers to idling without filling.
The Bianco di Puro Patto pro has a brushless DC motor that can reach 15,000 revolutions. While conventional blender motors have a huge drop in speed as soon as the motor encounters resistance, the speed of Brushless DC motors remains almost constant. So while the speed from a classic blender can easily drop below 15000 rpm even with the container filled, the speed of the Patto Pro with Brushless DC motor stays above 14000 rpm no matter how full the container is. This is of course an advantage especially with viscous foods.

The Patto Pro does not adjust its performance when the UNO container is placed on top, the rpm remain the same.
The UNO container, in combination with the Patto Pro, is very good at preparing ice cream, hummus and nut purees from about 250 ml.

I bought the tank and found that the vacuum pump is not compatible. Is there a possibility or another lid for it? Ggfs from another container?
Thanks
Greetings Lisa

Question submitted by Lisa on January 9, 2021 at 22:22 o'clock

Hello Lisa,

thank you very much for your message

With the UNO container, it is important that you only place the large attachment (VPA01) in the center of the lid and do not screw it in. Then you can
Then you can start the pump - it then sucks itself tight

Are the blender jars from Bianco Di Puro also compatible with the Biochef Living Food Blender? The devices look quite similar.
Thanks

Question submitted by Lisa on August 28, 2021 at 00:41 o'clock

Hello Lisa,

Thank you very much for your message

The containers from other manufacturers can be similar but not compatible. We ourselves have not yet tested this, and also rather advise against it.

Please let us know if you have any questions :-)

Hello dear Green Smoothies team!
I bought the BIANCO forte (310033) and the square container incl. tamper TS about 4 1/2 years ago, used it regularly and am still very satisfied with it!:)
I now started to "experiment", and I unfortunately often have the problem that I cannot work with such small quantities (especially spreads, pesto, nuts).
The blades simply run dry, a smaller container therefore would be very helpful.
I am not sure if my Bianco Forte is compatible with this Uno container or if it is the Forte 2.0.
Can this be traced based on the #310033? On the nameplate, it only says "Forte". Is there another smaller container that fits my device?

Thank you very much and best regards,
Ulrike

Question submitted by Ulrike on May 26, 2021 at 23:22 o'clock

Hello Ulrike,

Thank you for your question.
With the Square container, the minimum quantity for foods like pestos, dips, and sauces is about 600 ml.
Since the Square container is compatible with your Forte, you do not have the Forte 2.0.
Therefore, the UNO container for the smallest blending quantities is also compatible with your device.

Hello,

I recently ordered my Primo+ with Uno container and immediately started preparing green smoothies. Everything workout out great, however one question remains:
Do you have to thaw frozen fruit before putting them in the blender?

Regards
Sabrina Spillner

Question submitted by Sabrina Spillner on May 28, 2020 at 08:56 o'clock

Hello Sabrina,
thank you for your message.
Exactly, frozen food should always thaw a little first.
The fruit pieces should also not be larger than a medium-sized strawberry.
In addition, working with the tamper also is necessary!
The tamper helps to push the ingredients back to the blades, achieving a better blending result.

Dear Green Smoothies Team,

i have the Square container and am very happy with it.
However, I like to prepare hummus, nut butter and especially energy balls.
Energy balls are a lot of work because of the heavy, sticky date mixture.
Would you recommend the Flower or Uno container for this?
Thank you very much for your feedback! All the best Christine

Question submitted by Christine Caran on September 4, 2020 at 23:17 o'clock

Hello Christine,

thank you very much for your message

The Uno container is especially good for preparing hummus, nut purées, creams and spreads. Preparing viscous and sticky ingredients is a challenge for all blenders. However, you will be able to achieve the best results here with the Flower container

Can the Uno shred carrots without adding liquid?

Question submitted by Ramona on June 1, 2020 at 18:03 o'clock

Hello Ramona,

thank you very much for your question.

If you only want to chop carrots, then water is needed – you can separate the carrots from the water using a sieve afterwards.

We recommend washing the container by hand only, avoiding the dishwasher – this way it will last longer.

Dear Green Smoothie Team,
thank you for your tip about the cube container. I have tried this once and it works with the chopping. However, I wonder if vitamins and minerals from the fruit and vegetables are not poured away with the water.
Would the Uno container also chop the vegetables and fruit without adding water?

LG
Sabine

Question submitted by Sabine on October 11, 2019 at 13:40 o'clock

Dear Sabine,
it is true that vitamins and minerals are dissolved in the water and then poured away.
We therefore recommend this type of preparation for hard vegetables such as carrots, celery and others.
Very juicy vegetables such as peppers are less suitable.

Without the addition of water, the technique does not work so well.
The container is mainly design for liquid preparations.
Therefore, this trick won't work without the necessary liquid.

You may also have the option of storing the water that has been poured off and using it again to prepare a soup or dressing.

Hello,
I have a Bianco primo S, does this container fit? I would also like to know if this container can handle a broccoli salad mixed with chopped broccoli, bell peppers and apple?
LG
Sabine

Question submitted by Sabine on October 27, 2019 at 20:44 o'clock

Hello dear Sabine,

thank you very much for your question.

The Bianco Uno container is compatible with your Primo S.
There is a trick with chopping the ingredients: fill the container (about halfway) with water and use the pulse function. This way the ingredients are not processed into a homogeneous mass, but are still somewhat coarser. This obviously also depends on how long the puls function is used.

I am very happy with my Bianco Panda and its Solito container. However, I would like a smaller blender jar for muse and dressings. Is the Uno container or the Tri-Set recommended?
Thank you very much!

Question submitted by Fenja Maseizik on June 8, 2019 at 23:25 o'clock

Hello Fenja Maseizik,

Thank you for the question.

If Muse is of your interest, definitely the Uno container – you need a tamper that reaches the ingredients. The closed cups, such as the Tri-Set, always lack this, which is why their range of use is significantly limited...

Hello everyone, for several years I have been using the Bianco Primo blender with Square container and am still very enthusiastic and extremely satisfied with the blender.
But now we wanted to make ice cream and have noticed that the blender with the container is difficult to process frozen, for example, strawberries with little liquid (cream) to ice cream. Are there any solutions. I look forward to your answer.
Greetings
Thomas

Question submitted by Thomas on June 29, 2019 at 08:47 o'clock

Hello Thomas,

thank you for your question, I'm glad you're having a good time with your Bianco Primo.

The Square container does indeed have a hard time with thick liquids, such as ice.

If these applications are more common, purchasing the Uno container definitely makes sense. Thanks to the small base of the container, this is very well suited for ice cream and also smaller quantities, as the tamper gets into the "corners" very well:

Hello,
can I make smaller portions of Nicecream with the Bianco Uno container? I recently got the Bianco Primo + and so far, only produced Nicecream once, but of course needed a decent amount for the wide bottom of the square container. To make a portion for me, however, the Cube container is too big, so I wonder if the Uno would be an alternative.
Best thanks!

Question submitted by Kathrin on December 25, 2018 at 13:25 o'clock

Hi Kathrin,

thank you for your question.

The Uno container definitely is a great addition to the Primo, especially for smaller quantities because the container diameter is much smaller. We have specified the minimum preparation quantitie at 250 ml – this is the amount where the tamper can easily reach the ingredients to push them back towards the blades. Smaller portions can also succeed, but it certainly depends on the ingredients, etc..

In any case, we hope you continue to enjoy blending!

I have problems with the container of the Primo there always is something stuck in the corners. Is there a round container? This would greatly simplify my production of cashew cheese :)

Question submitted by Sonja on November 28, 2018 at 21:47 o'clock

Hello Sonja,

thank you for the question.

Yes, the Uno container has a much smaller and round footprint than the container of the Primo. Cashew cheese should be easier to make. Even in smaller quantities.

Hello,

I have the Bianco Primo from Aug. Is the Bianco UNO container a useful addition for salad dressings, vinaigrettes and for chopping herbs?
Thank you and best regards!

Question submitted by Enidan on November 28, 2018 at 16:24 o'clock

Hello Enidan,

thank you very much for your interesting questions.

Dressings and vinaigrettes from 150 ml are no problem with the Uno container. The Uno also fits your Bianco Primo model.

For chopping herbs without liquid, we would rather recommend a kitchen knife.

I bought the Bianco Primo a few years ago to start with green smoothies. The device is perfect for green smoothies, but less for masses with a more viscous consistency. I would now like to make nut purée and dough from fruit, fruit for cereal bars, etc. and not buy a new device. Is this container suitable for this and compatible with my 3-year-old device?

Question submitted by Ingrid on September 22, 2018 at 18:11 o'clock

Hello Ingrid,

thank you for your question.

As you have already recognized, the Bianco Primo, like all other high-speed blenders, is not made for viscous consistencies. Unfortunately, this does not change with the Uno container. The smaller diameter of the container allows the tamper to reach deeper in the container, making smaller preparations possible - the Uno container also fits on the 3-year-old Primo.

Unfortunately, we have received very mixed feedback so far with nut puree. Almond paste and hazelnut paste have regularly proved to be a test of patience. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Many influencing factors play a role here, such as nut variety, oven, roasting time, etc. We unfortunately haven't found a recipe that works for everybody yet.

Cashews and peanuts, on the other hand, are no problem at all and are processed into puree in your current container without any problems.

The dough for cereal bars sounds very dry. The drier and stickier the mix, the less suitable the device. And it's the same with the Uno container. The main advantage is simply the smaller minimum quantities.

Hopefully, we could help you!

Best regards,

Your GrueneSmoothies.com Team

With the two containers it is ideal
Hello Carla!

I wanted to report back that I am now really happy because I bought the Uno container for my Bianco di Puro Primo from you. Now it works much better with Nice Cream and the size also fits ideally for the quantities that I usually mix. Before I thought I might have to switch to another blender, but with the two containers it is ideal. Thanks also for all the nice recipes.

Love Eva
