Among them: green juices made from celery or wheatgrass, fruity combinations with pineapple, apple or melon as well as mixed recipes with beet, carrots or fennel. We even included a probiotic sauerkraut shot (more about sauerkraut juice) in our TOP 10 juice recipes. This shot is not only a blessing for the intestinal health, but can also be easily prepared from fresh raw sauerkraut with a slow juicer.
Note: Depending on the juicer model, the amount of juice produced can vary by up to 200 ml or more, as the juice yield is device-dependent and differs significantly. Prepare juice recipes with a slow juicer
We recommend preparing our juice recipes with a slow juicer. These are juicers that squeeze the juice from leafy greens, vegetables and fruit at just a few revolutions per minute in a way that is extremely gentle on nutrients. This prevents heat-sensitive vitamins or enzymes from being destroyed. In addition, the juicing process with a slow juicer guarantees maximum juice yield and flavor.

Carla
thank you for your question. Of course, you can juice pomegranates with the Angel Juicer. It will make a delicious juice!
Enjoy it!
Carla
thank you for your comment. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your first freshly pressed juice.
Keep it up - enjoy your new juicer!
Best regards,
Carla
Thank you so much for the tireless ideas. Can you use the ingredients of the juices for smoothies without further ado?
Best regards,
Andreas
thank you for the lovely feedback on our recipes. I would definitely advise against using the juicer recipes for making smoothies. Especially green ingredients taste much milder when juiced compared to blended with water. Therefore, when juicing, we use a different proportion and quantity of ingredients, as well as different combinations.
Best regards,
Carla
thank you very much for your recipe feedback - we are very pleased :)
Carla
mega delicious your recipes,
Carrot orange juice is my favorite.
Looking forward to more.

I am a new customer and I am waiting for the delivery of my juicer. I am really excited and looking forward to trying out new recipes.
Gertraud
We wish you lots of joy and, of course, enjoyment with your new juicer.
Best regards,
Carla
A fresh celery juice from a juicer is, of course, different from the "hand blender version" you described...
Now that you have a Sana 707, I highly recommend trying out other juice recipes as well. It's worth it!
Best regards,
Carla

thank you for the nice recipe feedback - we are very happy that you liked the pineapple juice. Pineapple is just great in freshly squeezed juice.
Best regards,
Carla
Kind regards,
Carla
a quick question. Everywhere it says: "Add the ingredients little by little into the filler chute and press to the pressing unit with the associated stopper. When no more juice comes out of the juice outlet, the juice is ready". I have the Vitamix and usually run the smoothie program. Do you mean something different by the above sentence?
Kind Regards
thank you for your question.
The preparation instructions refer to juice recipes that you can make with a slow juicer and not with a blender :)
Kind Regards
Carla
definitely the beet juice : ) also because of the iron !!!
Cheers
But so far I have not received them. Maybe it is a technical problem in this regard?
thank you very much for your email.
Maybe the email with the recipe download has reached you in the meantime - according to our mail program you have received the email including the download link.
If this is not the case, please contact me again and I will send the email to you again.
Best regards,
Carla
thank you very much for the nice feedback!
We are really pleased to be able to inspire you with our recipes :)
Many hugs,
Carla
do you have to add a dash of oil to the juices so that the nutrients can be better absorbed by the body?
Greetings,
Sandy
We don't do this because we assume that enough fat has been consumed before or after the juices, which would be sufficient to absorb the fat-soluble vitamins. However, if this is important to you, you can simply add a dash of oil.
Best regards,
Carla
I personally prefer the following juices, listed in order of preference:
Carrot juice = Priority A
Beetroot juice = Priority B (due to iron deficiency)
Watermelon juice = Priority C
It's a shame that you forgot to include the calorie count for most juice recipes.
Best regards,
Elke S.
Thank you so much for your reply. I also enjoy carrot juice - especially when it's combined with turmeric.
Warm regards,
Carla
Could you please tell me the calorie count for each juice recipe?
Thank you and best regards,
Elke
We did not determine the calories for the juice recipes. I wouldn't know how to do so, since the ingredients are extracted.
Kind regards,
Carla
Warm regards, Carla
Thank you very much for your feedback. We used the fine sieve for all the juices - however, they were made either with the Angel Juicer or the Sana Juicer 707. I would also recommend trying it with the Greenstar Pro using the fine sieve.
Kind regards,
Carla
Thank you very much for your comment. We think that both green smoothies and freshly pressed juices are great. Sometimes we drink more smoothies, and other times we prefer juices. Green smoothies are more suitable as meal replacements because, as you rightly mentioned, they retain everything, including the satisfying fiber. On the other hand, we can enjoy juices with predominantly greener ingredients, meaning more leafy greens and green vegetables, and less fruit. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend our juicing recipes for making smoothies.
Best regards,
Carla
Thank you so much for the lovely feedback on our celery juice recipes. May you continue to enjoy them with great pleasure and joy :)
Carla
The fennel juice tastes amazing!
Very delicious, refreshing, and so soothing!
Instead of lemon, I used lime.
It is also highly recommended!
Many thanks to both of you & heartfelt greetings,
Neele
How wonderful that you enjoyed the fennel juice. Lime is a great alternative!
Best regards,
Carla
Can these recipes only be made using a juicer, or is it possible to use the Vitamix as an alternative and still achieve the same results?
Best regards.
These are actually juice recipes. Since everything is mixed together and consumed in smoothies, I wouldn't recommend trying to make them into smoothies 1:1. Juices without fiber simply taste different, much milder, which is why you can use more green or bitter ingredients, as well as less fruit, and still achieve a drinkable, delicious result.
If you're looking for smoothie recipes, I recommend our TOP 10 Green Smoothie Recipes or our Vegetable Smoothie Recipes.
Kind regards,
Carla
Thank you very much for clarifying. Looks like I had a wrong idea there :-)
Warm regards,
Tom
No problem!
Warm regards,
Carla
Since the summer, I've been using my New Zealand spinach for my green smoothies.
Now I'm reading so much about the nitrate content in spinach.
If I don't use the stems and leaf ribs, can I still use it?
It's growing like crazy, and I have plenty of it.
Best regards, Bärbel
Thank you for your question. Nitrates are not actually the problem for humans, but rather the resulting nitrites and nitrosamines. We explain how nitrites develop from nitrates more extensively here.
Many regards,
Carla
Thank you very much for your comment. We're glad to have been able to inspire you a little bit :)
Keep up the good work, warm regards,
Carla
Thank you so much for your feedback on the beetroot juice. We're glad to hear that you liked it. I also find the color simply beautiful!
Warm regards,
Carla
you should try it out and of course add some water. However, keep in mind that the flavors of the ingredients in smoothies are stronger because the whole ingredient is preserved.
Please let us know how your creation tasted.
Warm regards,
Carla
I love beetroots and I simply add a thick slice of organic lemon with seeds (trim the edges very thinly, so that the white part stays on), apple and carrot complement it wonderfully.
Why use oranges in June now??? It ruins the entire CO2 balance! Okay, apples are not entirely perfect either, but at least they don't need to be transported around the globe.
Best regards,
Angelika
Thank you very much for your comment. At the moment, oranges are still coming to the market from Southern Europe - Italy, Greece, and Spain, as the harvesting season lasts until the end of June. Right now, the juiciest oranges come from Southern Europe.
Sincerely,
Carla
Sincerely, Peter.
Just now an email is on its way to you with the PDFs attached.
Enjoy them,
Carla
Thank you very much for your question.
Actually not - you can try everything that you like.
For example, I think that celery stalks go wonderfully well with pineapple, lemon, apple, and parsley.
Best regards,
Carla
I would love to print out the recipes as PDF - unfortunately, it's not working for me or I might be overlooking something... and I'm also interested in the recipe for the crispbread pulp. When I juice only carrots, apples, and beetroots, our horse gets it in its feed...
thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you're so happy with your Sana Juicer 707. Well, a crispbread pulp recipe is still pending, but I'm confident that you'll find several online recipes for it. Regarding the recipe PDF: do you happen to have the option of printing the PDF from another computer...???
Wishing you continued joy with your new Slow Juicer,
Carla
Thank you so much for the lovely feedback on our recipe ideas. We are delighted!
Warm regards,
Carla
I use the pulp to mix it with my dog's BARF meat.
It agrees very well with our Goldie, and he also really enjoys the taste!
Best regards, Dagmar
Crackers or crispbread are probably the most popular way to repurpose the pulp. Of course, if possible, you can also simply compost the pulp. Some people mix them into their next smoothie or use them to make vegetable/fruit patties. It is even said that you can make dog food out of them.
However, I would be glad to join your question: How else do you use your pulp?
Best regards,
Carla
Thank you very much for the error report, it has been fixed!
Enjoy the juicer recipes.
Carla
I look forward to receiving your emails and I am diligently trying out the recipes. However, what I miss is information on the carbohydrate content and specifically the sugar content. This is often underestimated and yet very important to consider, especially in light of the fact that one should not consume more than 25g of sugar per day on average. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter whether the sugar comes from fruits or vegetables. Personally, I would greatly appreciate having this information included in the recipes.
Best regards.
Thank you very much for the suggestion.
Certainly, providing a sugar content value is not wrong, however, the amount of sugar can vary significantly depending on the ripeness of the fruit and could therefore be misleading.
We will definitely keep this as a suggestion in mind.
Best regards,
Carla

With celery, lemon, and ginger, but without spinach.
WOW, that sounds really impressive. Thank you for sharing!
