About the manufacturer Hurom
The South Korean company Hurom is a veteran of the juicer scene and is primarily known in Europe for its vertical juicers. Hurom has established itself as the quality leader in this segment, which is why other well-known juicer brands such as Omega, Sana and Nama also have their products manufactured by Hurom in South Korea.
What is the quality of the juice?
Whether its green juices such as celery juice, vegetable juices like beetroot or carrot juice, or ginger shots - the Hurom H-330P produces almost clear, particle-free juices. For pure fruit juices made from apples, pears or berries, the juice consistency is slightly creamy - comparable to a thick juice.
While juicing soft, water-rich (vegetable) fruits in other slow juicers - horizontal and vertical designs - always leads to ingredient jams in the juice housing, the Hurom H-330P has no problems at all with these ingredients. Pure apple juices or delicious pineapple juice are produced stress-free.
At around 50 revolutions per minute, the Hurom H-330P squeezes the juice ingredients without generating heat or oxygen. This ensures maximum nutrients and flavor in the juice glass. The juice yield is average - comparable with other vertical juicers.
How suitable is the Hurom H-330P for making celery juice?
The Hurom H-330P is ideal for making freshly squeezed celery juice. As with all other juice preparations, production is extremely convenient thanks to self-feeding. We simply cut the celery stalks into 2-3 cm long pieces and filled them into the filling chamber - its capacity is around 500 g.
The capacity was the perfect amount for our celery juice juicer test, where we compare the juice yield of different slow juicers. The Hurom H-330P extracted an average of 350 ml of juice from the green stalks. Compared to the test winner Angel Juicer, this was 80 ml less juice. The juice consistency is almost particle-free. A maximum of 1 teaspoon of fine, creamy residue ended up in the glass with 350 ml of juice.
What other preparation options are there?
Nut milk
The Hurom H-330P can not only make juices, it is also ideal for making nut milk. It is important that the nuts are soaked in water overnight before they are processed. Before juicing, pour off the soaking water and add fresh water in a ratio of 1:3. Before the nut/water mixture can be poured into the juicer, the juice outlet flap must be closed. Now start the Hurom H-330P and gradually pour in the nut-water mixture using a ladle. When the pressing chamber is filled with milk, open the juice outlet flap and remove the milk. Finally, you can filter the nut milk again using a nut milk bag to obtain a completely particle-free result.
Fruit sorbets and ice cream
With the included ice cream insert, the Hurom H-330P can also be used to make fruit sorbets and ice cream.
Operation & handling of the Hurom H-330P
The Hurom H-330P is almost intuitive to assemble. First you assemble all the parts inside the pressing chamber - sieve insert, scraper and pressing screw. Then place the hopper on the pressing chamber by turning it clockwise. The complete juice housing is now assembled and is placed on the motor block according to the device for the juice outlet and pomace outlet.
Chop the ingredients before juicing
To take full advantage of the large hopper and the self-feeding function of the Hurom H-330P, it is best to cut all ingredients - fruit, vegetables, fibrous juices - into pieces about 2-3 cm long or cut apples, pears, citrus fruits etc. into quarters or eighths, depending on the size of the ingredients. This has the advantage that you can fill the filling chamber to the maximum with ingredients.
Then close the lid and press the central function switch in the middle of the motor block upwards to 'ON'. The Hurom H-330P will now start juicing the filled ingredients without you having to do anything. Depending on the juice preparation, the Hurom H-330P is finished juicing after about 2-3 minutes. Now you can open the juice outlet flap and remove the freshly squeezed juice.
If you want to juice other ingredients, you can either insert them through the opening in the lid during the juicing process or you can open the lid completely, which automatically interrupts the juicing process. When the lid is closed again, the Hurom H-330P will automatically resume juicing.
Preparation tip: If you enjoy drinking juice in the morning but don't have much time to juice, simply prepare the ingredients in the evening. Cut them into small pieces, fill them into the filling chamber and store them in the fridge. In the morning, juice the Hurom H-330P while you brush your teeth or take a shower!
Using the fine screen:
The fine screen is used for juicing almost all types of fruit, vegetables and leafy greens. This includes fibrous ingredients such as celery stalks, cabbage leaves or herbs; root vegetables such as carrots, beet or parsnips or hard and water-rich (vegetable) fruits such as apples, pears, pineapple, tomatoes, cucumbers or berries.
Use of the coarse screen:
The coarse screen is used if you want to make juices exclusively from very soft, creamy ingredients such as bananas, mangoes, overripe pears or avocados.
Insert reverse
The Hurom H-330P is equipped with a reverse function. This is activated if the juicing process stops due to excessive quantities or pieces of ingredients. To do this, set the central function switch to REV by holding it down. Reverse operation is stopped by releasing the switch.
Cleaning the Hurom H-330P
The easiest way to clean the Hurom H-330P is directly after use. Before you remove the complete juice housing from the motor block, close the juice outlet flap. This prevents any remaining drops of juice from soiling the worktop or kitchen floor on their way to the sink. Now separate the hopper from the pressing chamber, remove the individual parts of the slow juicer and clean directly in the sink under running water. The cleaning brush supplied will help you clean the strainer insert, all the small coils and the pulp outlet. Then place the juicer parts on a kitchen towel to dry or dry them quickly. Reassemble the individual parts and place the complete juice housing on the motor block. Done!
Attention: Please ensure that pomace residue does not block the sink drain during cleaning. Simply insert a drain sieve.

Hurom H-330P vs. Hurom H-320N
The Hurom Slow Juicer models H-H-330P and H-320N not only look very similar, but they are also technically 100% identical. Due to their vertical design, both models are particularly suitable for making fruit juices. They have a generous hopper with a self-feeding function, which makes juicing especially convenient and time-saving. The juice quality, yield, and handling are the same for both models.
Upon closer inspection, you will only notice minor visual differences in the switch design and the representation of the Hurom logo below the switch. Additionally, the Hurom H-330P and the Hurom H-320N differ in terms of the included accessories. While the Hurom H-330P comes standard with an ice strainer for making fruit sorbets, it is not included with the Hurom H-320N. This is one reason why the Hurom H-330P is more expensive than the Hurom H-320N.

Another difference is that Hurom paid particular attention to environmentally friendly packaging materials for the Hurom H-330P. The cardboard box is made from recycled paper, and the use of bubble wrap has been avoided.
Hurom H-330P vs. Kuvings AUTO10
The Hurom H-330P and Kuvings AUTO10 not only have a similar design and similar dimensions, they are also very similar in terms of operation and juice yield. In our celery juice juicer test, they even achieved the same result, both extracting an average of 350 ml of celery juice from 500 g of celery.
Clearer juice result with the Kuvings AUTO10
However, we found that the juice from the Kuvings AUTO10 was slightly clearer than from the Hurom H-330P. With the latter, the juice contains a fine, creamy residue. If you like this and don't want to juice more than 350-400 ml per cycle, the Hurom H-330P is the right juicer for you.
Larger filling chamber in the Kuvings AUTO10
Both juicers are among the most convenient vertical juicers on the market. Thanks to their large filling chamber, there is no need to constantly reload the juice ingredients and they juice almost automatically. While the Hurom H-330P offers a 2-liter volume for filling with ingredients, the filling chamber of the Kuvings AUTO10 even holds 3 liters. This means that the Kuvings AUTO10 can produce significantly more juice than the Hurom H-330P with just one complete filling. So if you want to make a lot of juice, take a look at the Kuvings AUTO10.
