What distinguishes the Bianco Canto container?
When it comes to green smoothies, the Canto probably is the best container made by Bianco di Puro. A little bit creamier than the results of Square- or Cube-container. No wonder: after all, it combines the strengths of both containers. The rounded corners of the Cube and the blade wings of the Square. In addition, the container wall is thicker (which unfortunately also makes it heavier).
The Canto can be used to mix liquids and grind dry goods, just like the Bianco Square container or the Bianco Cube container.

For which preparations is the Bianco Canto container suitable?
For blending creamy smoothies of all kinds, especially green smoothies with fibrous leafy greens (e. G. kale, nettle, etc.), but also fruit or vegetable smoothies. In addition, vegan milk, hot and cold soups (raw food preparation), dips and sauces can be easily prepared as well.
For grinding Dry goods, flours of all kinds can be produced in a very good consistency: Nut flours and cereal flours are no problem. Coffee and cocoa beans can also be ground very well with the Canto.

Question: I noticed that despite storing my ingredients in the refrigerator (water, fruit, milk, etc.) my drink is warm after one minute of blending. Is this also the case in the Canto or Square container?

Since the Canto container and the Square container have the same long blades, both reach a high blade tip speed.
So you'll achieve a creamy smoothie consistency in less time, which means less frictional heat. The Canto container is even slightly superior to the Square container because of its special cubic shape.
