Application
The tamper is used especially for the preparation of viscous food, such as ice cream or puree, in order to repeatedly tamp the food from the edge of the container to the blade.
Instead of the lid insert, the tamper is positioned in the opening of the lid. Due to its design, the Bianco tamper never touches the blade.
