Preparation possibilities
The Bianco 2-liter container can be used for all popular blender preparations, in both large and small quantities:
blending fine green smoothies, fruit and vegetable smoothies, plant milks, sauces, dips, pestos, cold and hot soups (up to 100°C from 250 ml). More viscous creations such as nicecream, Hummus or nut mousses can be prepared from about 400 ml.
You can also use the Bianco 2-liter container for chopping root vegetables such as carrots, beetroot or parsnips.
You can also use the Bianco 2-liter container to grind small amounts of coffee or cereals. However, frequent grinding will make the container opaque. We therefore recommend the Bianco grinding container if you regularly grind flour.
Cleaning
After blending liquid preparations, simply rinse with tap water; after the preparation of viscous foods - e. G. hummus, nut butters,... - the use of a cleaning brush is recommended.

Hello Susanna,
Unfortunately, there is no smaller container with lower minimum preparation quantities for the Piano.
For liquid foods, you must therefore continue to try to get 250 ml together, for viscous foods it is 400 ml.

i own a Bianco forte blender and need a new container as well as plugger without thermometer display. is the Bianco 2 liter container the right one for this?

thank you very much for your inquiry.
If you have the Bianco Forte at home, then the Bianco Solito is its standard container.
The Bianco 2-liter container would be suitable for the Forte 2.0.
As a tamper without temperature display the
Bianco TM tamper is suitable.
