With the Bianco di Puro Inox, Bianco has fulfilled a long-awaited customer request by finally offering an additional container made of sturdy 304 stainless steel. This allows you to perfectly prepare liquids such as smoothies, soups, or shakes. And of course, the Inox container is unmatched for frequent grinding and milling of grains, nuts, legumes, or coffee. Thanks to the stainless steel, the container will not become cloudy as can happen with plastic. However, your mixer will be slightly louder when using the Inox.

Preparation options
With the Bianco di Puro Inox stainless steel container, you can create all popular blender recipes. Liquids are possible from a minimum quantity of 250 ml; thick liquids from a minimum quantity of 500 ml. However, we would like to point out that creating thick preparations such as pesto, where you want to determine the consistency precisely and work with the tamper, may take some getting used to because you cannot see the mixture.
The Bianco di Puro Inox is perfect for the following preparations:
- Blending fine green smoothies, fruit and vegetable smoothies, vegan milk, sauces, dips, salsas, pestos, dressings, cold and hot soups (up to 125°C) from 250 ml.
- Grinding & Milling of grains, legumes, nuts, or coffee.

Hello,
You mention the TS (short) as a suitable tamper. However, the Bianco website mentioned the T190. Which one is correct, please?

Hello Corinna,
You are probably referring to the T100 tamper.
Its purpose is simply to push down ingredients that pile up in the middle.
From our perspective, besides this function, what's much more important is the ability to push down ingredients that pile up at the container's edge. Unfortunately, the T100 with its cross shape is not suitable for this. The TS, on the other hand, is.
This makes it possible to prepare dishes such as hummus, pesto, or nice cream.
