A trip to the Baltic Sea introduced us to the regional superfoods: sea buckthorn and rosehip - which then immediately ended up in our anti-cold smoothie. Their vitamin C content is 20 times higher than in lemons, therefore it is a valuable ingredient in the cold season. These valuable fruits can be harvested until December.

Only ingredients in walking distance to our camper found a spot in the cold smoothie - We created a seasonal and regional anti-cold superfood smoothie. Let yourself be inspired by the treasures of autumn and try out which combinations suit you best.

Ingredients

  • 2 handful of wild herbs thistle, nettle, goutweed, ground ivy
  • 3/4 handful of blackberry leaves
  • 2 handful of sea buckthorn
  • 1 handful of rose hips without seeds
  • 2 apples small
  • water as needed
 

Instruction

  1. Clean the ingredients and cut them to the appropriate size for your blender.
  2. Put everything in the container and blend for 45-60 seconds until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Enjoy your Cold-smoothie with all your heart!
