Questions & Answers about the Product
Ask a questionTotal 2 question(s)
What about E320, considering it doesn't come equipped with a self-detect feature, it should work with this container? I'm worried because I've read someplace that EU bleders have an additional feature which shuts off the unit when the lid is removed and that due to this - us containers are not supported.

Hello Boran,
thank you for your request.
The stainless steel container is also compatible with the Vitamix E320 (and also E520).
Unfortunately, it is not yet available in Europe.
However, you can import it or order it via Amazon.
Unfortunately, there is only one problem: If a warranty claim occurs, this must be processed via the American dealer.
Best regards,

I read on the internet that this stainless steel container is only compatible for the US models? Would it also work with the Vitamix Ascend 3500 from your store?

Hello Thomas,
thank you for your request.
The stainless steel container is not compatible with the Ascent mixers, as it has no self-detect components and would not be recognized as a container.
You can find the compatible devices under "Suitable blenders".
Best regards,

Stainless steel containerThe description for this container says that it is particularly suitable for grinding coffee or grain. Does this work as well as with the drying container? I'm thinking about buying the dry container to go with it
Kind regards Kristin
Editor's comment:
Hi Kristin,
the Vitamix stainless steel container is especially suitable for grinding coffee beans and grains because the container wall has no wear. With daily use of the dry container, however, the container wall becomes cloudy after a certain time. By the way, the normal "wet containers" can also be optimally used for grinding.
Kind regards
