  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 2 plums yellow
  • 3 reneclaude
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 pear e.g. conference
  • 2 cm cinnamon stick alternatively: 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • water as needed


  1. Clean ingredients and cut to size suitable for your blender!
  2. Put all the other ingredients in the container and blend for 45-60 seconds until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Enjoy with all your heart!
