Plum Smoothie Recipe "Reneclaude"
In this Plum Smoothie, two kinds of plums join fine pear and cinnamon. A mild, very flavorful blend which is especially good to enjoy on a late summer evening.
Autumn sweetens the mild days with its fruits and colors. In the Plum Smoothie, all the wonderful autumn components come together.
Plum Smoothie "Reneclaude"
- 2 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
- 2 plums yellow
- 3 reneclaude
- 1/2 banana
- 1 pear e.g. conference
- 2 cm cinnamon stick alternatively: 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
- water as needed
Clean ingredients and cut to size suitable for your blender!
Put all the other ingredients in the container and blend for 45-60 seconds until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
