  • 1 handful of leaf lettuce
  • 2 mint sprigs fresh
  • 1 mango sweet, ripe
  • juice of a grapefruit
  • juice of one orange


  1. Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
  2. Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
  3. Enjoy your mango smoothie with all your heart!
