The vacuum upgrade to the Bianco mixer
The Bianco di Puro vacuum pump upgrades your Bianco blender to a vacuum blender in no time. The pump sucks the oxygen out of the container and creates a vacuum. This way, the blended product has less air contact during the blending process - protecting your smoothie from oxidation and nutrient loss. In addition, the green smoothie is often rewarded with a richer green!
Overview
Compatible Bianco mixers
The Bianco vacuum pump is compatible with all Bianco blenders. The only exception is the old Bianco di Puro Primo. The newer version of the Primo, with silicone seal around the lid, is compatible with the vacuum pump.
Operation & Handling
The Bianco di Puro vacuum pump can easily be attached to the lid of your Bianco blending container. The lid is placed on the container without the cup insert - The adapter for the vacuum pump now is placed where the cup insert would normally be.
The vacuum pump can be started with the Start/Stop button. The display lights up green as soon as the air has been extracted from the container. Before starting the blending process, press the pressure compensation button and then remove the pump. The ingredients can now be blended.
When the blending process is finished, simply pull the flap of the adapter and remove the lid from the container. Now the blended ingredients can be poured out of your blender.
The Bianco di Puro vacuum pump can be operated with a power cord or batteries (not included).
Vacuuming food
You can also use the vacuum pump to vacuum seal your food and make it last longer. This is possible in combination with the included Bianco di Puro vacuum bags and the vacuum lid for the Tri-Set containers (not included).

I have noticed that the seal of the lid is not tight (especially on the rubber lip where the vacuum pump sucks the air). When I blend for a long time, there is no vacuum at the end. Is there a trick to keep the lids really tight?

The vacuum pump comes with adapters for the different Bianco containers.
However, with the containers for the Piano and the Forte 2.0, the vacuum pump is placed directly on the lid without an adapter, and the vacuum created pulls the pump to the lid.
To prevent air from penetrating through the seals, it is significant to clean the seal, i.e., to remove it and rinse the lid itself and the seal.
If food residues get stuck under this seal, it will no longer hold tight.

Does the vacuum pump produce less foam in smoothies or soups?

Using the vacuum pump can reduce foaming, but it does not stop it completely. It also always depends on what ingredients you are processing and how big the blades are. Generally, the larger the blades, the more air will be whipped in.
Please do not prepare soup with the vacuum pump. It will cause heat build up, which will lead to deformation, etc. in the container.

Can I also freeze foods like meat with the vacuum pump? Or sauces that have not been cooked with the Bianco di Puro blender? If so, how do I do it? Thank you in advance.

You can also vacuum and freeze food for later consumption with the pump and the corresponding bags.
Three bags are included with the pump. The bags can also be ordered at any time from Bianco. One package then contains:
5 bags 28 cm x 26 cm
5 bags 34 cm x 22 cm

The vacuum pump also is compatible with the piano. Please use the small, corrugated attachment, the valve of the insert should be centred. The special thing about the Piano lid is that you do not screw in the attachment, but just put it on.

Either vacuum pump or tamper….
The vacuum pump is mainly used for (green) smoothies. Since smoothies are liquid, you normally don't need a tamper here anyway.
