Autumn Smoothie Recipe "Welcome Autumn"
In the Autumn Smoothie, the main ingredient palm kale kicks off the autumn smoothie season. Palm kale (also known as black cabbage or Tuscan cabbage) has 60-80 cm long leaves that grow up to 10 cm wide and resemble palm fronds. Palm kale resembles savoy cabbage and kale, but is milder and got a vibrant dark green color.

Ingredients
- 5 palm kale leaves without stem
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of wild herbs stinging nettle, chickweed, groundsel
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 apple small
- 1 slice of lemon with peel, ~ 1cm
- juice of two oranges
- water as needed
Instruction

Clean ingredients and cut to size suitable for your blender!

Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and place the flesh in the blender container.

Put all the other ingredients in the container and blend for 45-60 seconds until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
