White Smoothie Recipes with Eggs, Coconut & Hemp Seeds
Our white smoothie recipes at a glance:
- White classic (smoothie with coconut puree)
- Classic goes whiter (smoothie with hemp seeds)
- White Mandelgo (smoothie with almond milk and mango)
Raw saturated fats are the crucial ingredient in white smoothies, which is why the white smoothies recipes are designed this way. Raw eggs and raw milk butter are suitable fat sources, as are vegetable fats in the form of coconut puree and coconut oil or hemp seeds and avocado. Although the different ingredients bring different properties, we encourage you to create your white smoothie in a way that triggers the greatest pleasure for you.
White Smoothies Recipe: White Classic
To get started in the world of white smoothies, we want to keep it simple. By the way, of course you can prepare the white smoothie without egg, if you live vegan or you like that more. Some have problems with it in the beginning. We can say with a clear conscience - try it. The taste of the egg is not really noticeable. Rather, the recipe reminds us of the taste of raw cake dough - childhood memories.

Should I grind the hemp seeds?
Eva
thank you for your question. You simply blend the peeled hemp seeds with the other ingredients.
Best regards,
Carla
Thank you very much for your comment and feedback. White smoothies are a high-quality source of fats and proteins. According to white smoothie expert Christian Optiz, it is mainly the raw saturated fats that are crucial, as they are believed to help our bodies eliminate fat-soluble toxins and heavy metals. Additionally, an increased consumption of raw fats is said to help the body better transport water into the cells. This, in turn, is thought to lead to improved performance and less dry skin. And of course, white smoothies are extremely filling - you can easily replace a breakfast with them.
Warm regards,
Carla
Thanks!
thank you very much for your message, and I apologize for the late reply. No, you don’t need to pay attention to anything specific if you use, for example, (raw milk) butter instead of coconut puree. You can use butter as an alternative to the specified fat addition. Exactly, the fats in the coconut puree or oil, the butter, or even the avocado make the smoothie nice and creamy. Plus, your feeling of fullness will naturally increase. Fat is also a flavor carrier :)
Warm regards and have fun trying it out,
Anne
Part 1 of the white smoothie is very tasty, and now it’s time for Part 2. I have a question about that. Can I possibly substitute the sweet lupin flour with coconut flour or something else? Or can I just leave it out?
Best regards from the Thuringian Forest, MO.
You can simply omit the sweet lupine flour. Adjust the recipes to your preferences.
Enjoy experimenting further,
Best regards,
Carla
During the 21-day challenge, I read about white smoothies and initially put the idea on the back burner, but kept it in mind. Today, I bravely tackled the recipe above after buying fresh organic eggs while shopping. Raw eggs always ring a couple of alarm bells, but I was exposed to them as a child. When I came home exhausted from school, my grandpa always made me egg beer.
Just to be safe, I only mixed half the amount at first. That turned out to be unnecessary because I was thrilled with the taste. After finishing half, I added a bit of Ceylon cinnamon because I love cinnamon, and the ingredients go perfectly together. That made it perfect for me. I’ll be having this more often now.
Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe.
Best wishes from the Thuringian Forest, MO.
Grandpa's egg beer... I think many kids know this type of beer. I also had to drink a raw egg for strength from time to time - but with salt, pepper, and chives. In contrast, the White Smoothie is a culinary highlight. I'm glad you liked the recipe with pear - and of course, cinnamon goes perfectly with it. I have to share my favorite recipe for a White Smoothie with you right away:
1 tablespoon coconut oil or -paste
1 egg
1 tablespoon almond paste
1 mango, peeled and pitted
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until creamy and fluffy. Pour into a glass and top with chopped dates and coconut flakes. I'm curious to see how you like this mango dessert.
Best wishes, Carla
I blended your recipe with coconut cream today, and I found it absolutely delicious. Mango is such a wonderful fruit, and it has been my number one for a long time.
I sat on the terrace in the sun and happily savored every bite from the bowl.
Thank you so much for this lovely recipe.
Best wishes from the Thuringian Forest, MO.
I’m glad to hear you liked the mango composition. It’s amazing what you can create in a blender, and it tastes so good too.
Warm regards,
Carla

I definitely recommend Fresh White Lubricant for you. You can safely transport it outside in winter temperatures, but once in the office, it should either be eaten immediately or placed in the refrigerator and consumed as soon as possible. I am always particularly careful with raw eggs.
Warm regards,
Carla
Normally, I always have a green one in the morning.... but the white one? Oh, I can highly recommend it!!! :)

According to my knowledge, fruits should only be consumed on their own and not in combination with other foods. Could there be fermentation processes in the body due to the different digestion times?
Thank you in advance for your response
Best regards,
Nicole Tönnies
Actually, that's not the case. Fermentation processes occur when your intestines can't handle the quantity, but certainly not because you combine fruits with another food category. This happens in nature all the time, even with animals.
Just listen to your body: If you don't tolerate it, then simply avoid it, but don't make a theoretical principle out of it, like "Natural Hygiene" - this doctrine has been proven to be false!
Best regards!
Carlos
If your daughter likes it: absolutely.
Spoonful by spoonful - and only as long as your daughter enjoys it!
Best regards!

With a glass of red wine, an egg yolk (from their own chicken keeping) or, for those who liked it, a complete raw egg was mixed and drunk once a day. :)
Best, Sandra
So my conclusion, I will now order the Dr. Goerg products, by the way great that there is also coconut blossom sugar, and then try to drink the white smoothie more often!
Thank you for the great information!!!
Greetings from the south of Germany!
I have no idea about the fats etc. there. But it's delicious.

I've been drinking the Lubricator for about a year now. My girlfriend could never quite get used to it. But now that she's heard the name "The White Smoothie", she suddenly feels like it. ;)
As additional ingredients you could take: raw milk from pasture animals (sheep, goat, cow,...) and sweet lupin flour.
Instead of the fruits, honey is quite good.
Otherwise, I always like to have lemon with it.
By the way, there are already a few videos on youtube of Christian Dittrich-Opitz preparing Lubricators.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to more articles and ideas on this excellent fat/protein drink. :)
