Strawberry Smoothie Recipe "Strawberry Bliss"
It's finally strawberry season! Who would have expected this wonderful berry directly going into a strawberry smoothie.... For today's smoothie recipe the whole plant is used: "Strawberry Bliss" - Strawberry leaves, flowers and fruits come together with wild goutweed. A combination full of power, the high vitamin c content of the berries releases the protein in our goutweed. In addition, the red fruit provides us with plenty of vitamin B, folic acid and valuable minerals such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus and iron.
- 1 handful of strawberry leaves
- 5-10 strawberry flowers
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 2 handful of goutweed
- 1 handful of grapes green
- 1 apple
- ½ avocado
- ¼ lime with peel
- 2 dates
- water to taste
Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and put the flesh in the container.
Add all other ingredients to the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
