Amazon Pay

Requirements: Having an amazon.de account

Our preferred payment method "Amazon Pay" allows the fastest processing for you and for us. Log in with your Amazon.de login data WITHOUT creating a customer account with us. conveniently select the billing and shipping address from the data stored at Amazon. No need to re-enter your data on gruenesmoothies.com.

To use Amazon Pay, click on the "Amazon Pay" icon in the shopping cart. A new window will open in which you login to your Amazon account. Select the payment method and delivery address. Amazon Pay is also suitable for Packstation deliveries.

Apple Pay

Requirements: Use of the Safari browser on an Apple device and credit card activated for Apple Pay

Select the Apple Pay payment method in the order process. After submitting the order, you will automatically be redirected to the page of our payment service provider "Mollie", where the Apple Pay payment can be enabled using "Face ID", "Touch ID" or your 6-digit security code.

Requirements: Paypal account

Advance Payment

Please transfer the invoice amount to the account of our payment service provider Mollie, stating the correct payment reference in the payment information e-mail from Mollie. As soon as the money is in the account, the shipment will be processed.

From 49 € shopping cart value the delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs. Below 49 € shopping cart value 4.90 € shipping costs apply.

Austria 🇦🇹, Switzerland 🇨🇭, Belgium 🇧🇪, Netherlands 🇳🇱, Luxembourg 🇱🇺

From 149 € shopping cart value the delivery to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg is free of shipping costs.
Below 149 € shopping cart value 14,90 € shipping costs will be charged.

Rest of Europe 🇪🇺

24 € shipping costs will be charged for delivery to the rest of Europe, regardless of the shopping cart value.

Rest of the world 🌍

48 € shipping costs will be charged for delivery to countries outside of Europe, regardless of the shopping cart value.

Delivery time

When using most payment methods, the goods are shipped on the next working day after the order is received. The only exception is prepayment. In this case, the goods are shipped at the latest on the following working day after the payment has been received in our account. The account is checked 3 times per banking day for new incoming payments.

Special Condition for Shipping Outside the European Union (EU)

For shipping outside the EU, there is a limit for the shopping cart value of 999 € without sales tax, as deliveries with a higher value of goods involve considerable additional effort in providing customs information. We ask for your understanding.

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties and import taxes may be due, which must be paid on site to the shipping service provider or directly to customs upon delivery/pick-up of the package or even before. Please inform yourself about the handling and any additional costs at the local customs authorities before purchasing.
