Melon Smoothie Recipe: "Cool Down"
This melon smoothie offers a refreshing and hydrating combination, perfect for hot summer days. The vegetables cucumber and cantaloupe melon are close relatives and belong to the cucurbits. They contain over 95 % pure, alkaline-forming water and harmonize well with the intense flavor of peach and mint. A delicious mixture to keep a cool head during these hot summer days.
Melon smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- ½ cucumber
- ½ cantaloupe melon
- 1 apple
- 1 peach
- 1-2 dates
- 1 sprig of mint fresh
Instruction

Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.

Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
