We offer a warranty for the product provided.

Warranty Conditions:

In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we grant consumers a warranty of 15 years for the products advertised with the warranty promise, H-320N or H-330P, in accordance with §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This excludes wear parts such as silicone components and juice & pulp containers. The warranty period starts from the date of invoice. Our warranty covers the countries of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If there are material or manufacturing defects in the goods purchased by you during this period, or if there is a limitation to the functionality of the product, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion under the warranty:

  • free repair of the goods, or
  • free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly a successor model if the original product is no longer available), or
  • refund of the full purchase price

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the goods caused by

  • misuse or improper handling
  • environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • failure to observe any safety precautions
  • failure to follow the user manual
  • application of force (e. G., impact, bump, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts

Warranty claims are limited to 6 months from the invoice date for damages to the goods caused by

  • commercial use and use outside the household
  • extremely frequent use of the goods that exceeds household norms

To activate the warranty service, you must allow us to examine the warranty case by sending in the goods beforehand. Upon request, you will receive a prepaid return label for sending items from Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping costs incurred by you. For items sent from abroad, the buyer is responsible for the transportation costs and the risk of damage or loss of the goods during transport. Therefore, we recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Ensure that damages during transport are avoided by using appropriate packaging. It is best to keep the original packaging with the shipping box.

To apply for the warranty service, a copy of the original invoice must accompany the goods. We ask for your understanding that without this invoice copy, we may refuse the warranty service. The submission of the invoice copy is necessary for calculating the warranty period.

If it is a legitimate warranty claim, the return shipment of the goods will be free of charge for you.

Note:
Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty promise. In particular, any existing legal warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
