Blueberry Smoothie Recipe: "WILD BLUEBERRY"
In this Blueberry Smoothie, mugwort, blueberry, flower pollen and nettle harmonize in a refreshingly tart way and go excellently with the summery sweetness of peach. Only wild greens are found in the Blueberry Smoothie, as June offers an inviting variety which we have to take advantage of.
- the top leaves of 5 nettles
- 5 mugwort leaves
- 5 dandelion leaves
- 10-20 raspberry leaves
- 1 a few clover blossoms
- 2 tbsp. of elderflowers
- 1 tbsp. pollen
- 2 bananas ripe
- 2 handful of blueberries
- 2 peaches ripe
- juice of one orange
- water as needed
Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
