  • the top leaves of 5 nettles
  • 5 mugwort leaves
  • 5 dandelion leaves
  • 10-20 raspberry leaves
  • 1 a few clover blossoms
  • 2 tbsp. of elderflowers
  • 1 tbsp. pollen
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 2 handful of blueberries
  • 2 peaches ripe
  • juice of one orange
  • water as needed


  1. Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
  2. Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
  3. Enjoy your blueberry smoothie with all your heart!
