Preparation possibilities

The coarse screen insert can be used to produce thick juices that have a high fibre content. The consistency achieved with the coarse screen is reminiscent of smoothies. Ideal for soft, overripe or floury ingredients.

The blank insert - also called a blank screen - is suitable for pureeing and homogenizing. Sorbets made from frozen fruits or creams made from raw or cooked fruits are its speciality.
