Preparation possibilities
The Vitamix Aer Disc container is the ideal additional container for emulsifying fat and liquids, creating frothy consistencies, whipping cream and fluffy blending of ingredients. Among other things, the Aer Disc can be used for the following preparations:
- Whipping cream or beating egg whites
- Hot and cold foam - e. G. milk foam for delicious coffee and cocoa creations
- Mayonnaise - classic or with different flavors
- Sauces and dressings - e. G. the legendary sauce Hollandaise or aioli
- Longdrinks & cocktail creations - ingredients such as ice, fruit and herbs are mixed but not pureed

Unfortunately, there is no binding date from Vitamix as to, when the Aer Disc container will be launched on the European market.
It can be assumed that the container will be offered for a price of 199,00€.
Please have a look at our website from time to time to see if the container is available :-)
