What exactly does the celery juice insert do? Does juicing also work with the standard sieve?

thank you for your message.
Of course you can also juice celery without the celery juice insert. However, the juice yield is higher with the insert. Without the insert, the Sana 707 produces around 290 ml of juice from 500 grams of celery; with the insert, you get around 360 ml of juice.
