Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of parsley
  • 10-15 leaves ribwort plantain
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2-3 apples acidic
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of grapes green
  • juice of ½ lime
  • water as needed
 

Instruction

  1. Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and put the flesh in the container.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
  4. Enjoy your parsley smoothie with all your heart!
