Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ cantaloupe melon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 peach
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 sprig of mint fresh
 

Instruction

  1. Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
  2. Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
  3. Enjoy your melon smoothie with all your heart!
