Fig Smoothie Recipe: "Into the blue"
The Fig Smoothie, combines some of the most powerful ingredients of the summer in a creamy sweet seduction: blueberries, figs, raspberries and fresh green leaves. These blue-purple summer fruits are among nature's most powerful antioxidants, thanks to their abundance of phytochemicals (anthocyanins). Start your the day strengthened with natural anti-aging. - 2 cups spinach fresh
- 5-10 raspberry leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries e.g. raspberries, blueberries, currants, blackberries
- 3 figs fresh
- 1 mango ripe
- juice of 2 oranges
Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and put the flesh in the container.
Add all other ingredients to the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy fine consistency.
