Cherry Smoothie Recipe: "Cherry-Berry Smoothie"
Crisp and finally in season: dark red sweet cherries - a pleasure for young and old. The star of today's recipe, the cherry smoothie, gives it that wonderful summer blush.
But not only that. Cherries are ten times (!) more effective against inflammation than aspirin. The red temptation also achieves amazing results as an alternative painkiller. Those who are plagued by headaches, for example, simply resort to freshly harvested cherries (approx. 100 g) - the more sour, the more effective - or mix up our cherry smoothie "Cherry-Berry".
- 1 romaine lettuce heart
- a few raspberry leaves
- 2 handful of sweet cherries
- 1 handful of mixed berries currants, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 water as needed
Wash the ingredients and cut them into pieces that fit into your container.
Place all ingredients in the container and blend for about 45-60 seconds until the smoothie has a creamy, fine consistency.
